Every four weeks, Sony will select a PlayStation Plus Game of the Month. Currently it’s Virtua Fighter 5 – but it will be swapped for something else soon (after which time you’ll no longer be able to play it for free). Some titles will be replaced every 12 weeks, while others will be available for the next 52 weeks.
