The long-awaited R100 Android tablet (formerly known as the nReader R100) from BenQ is now available for purchase in Taiwan for 13,900 TWD (about $470). In case you didn’t remember, the device sports a 10.1-inch 1024 x 600 resistive touchscreen display, an 833MHz Samsung S5PC100 processor, a 512MB DDR2 RAM, an 8GB of flash storage, an SD/SDHC card slot (up to 32GB), a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera, WiFi, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, a mini-USB port, an HDMI port, a 3.5mm headset jack, a built-in 1W speaker and runs on Android 2.0 OS.
