An online forum has revealed some useful information about the rumored BlackBerry A10, which will join the other BB10 relatives which include BlackBerry Q10 and BlackBerry Z10, and to be likely referred to as the “Aristo”. With a previous leaked image and bunch of leaked info, the latest BlackBerry 10 model has been spread in the wildfire as to its specs and other important details.
A “slide” that made the reveal contained all of the rumored specs of the A10 confirming then the rumors that had been going around for quite some time already. In fact, the display is confirmed to be 5-inch OLED with a 1280 x 720 resolution. The processor is also confirmed as the Qualcomm MSM8960 at 1.7Ghz and a Dual-Core, which is faster than Z10’s 1.5Ghz. The memory is indeed a 2Gb RAM plus 16Gb of internal capacity and a hot-swap at 64Gb.
It is clear now that the OS for this device is BlackBerry OS 10.2 and the 2800 mAh battery is larger. It supports a 4G Mobile Hotspot and has a Micro HDMI out and a Micro USB for its connectivity options. The rest of the information pertains to sensors provided (all six of them) and the cameras come with 8Mp for the rear and 2Mp for the front. The BlackBerry A10 is expected to come out this fall with a price to be announced later.
