BlackBerry users eager to jump onto the tablet boat may be interested to know that Research In Motion’s BlackBerry PlayBook is said to become available in Q1 in three versions – with 8GB of storage @ $399, 16GB @ $499 and with 32GB @ $599.
Unveiled in September, RIM’s upcoming device runs the BlackBerry Tablet OS and features a 7-inch (1024 x 600) capacitive touchscreen, a 1GHz dual-core chip, 1GB of RAM, two cameras (3 MP front facing, 5 MP rear facing), 802.11 b/g/n WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1, and micro HDMI and micro USB ports.
