Rumors about the next iPhone (anticipated as iPhone 6) have already make rounds and the latest info claimed two possible models with respect to screen size. The smaller one has a 4.7-inch display with 1280 x 720 resolution, and is currently on the works for further tests. Target production is between 2 to 3 million with a possible release in May this year. The bigger one has a 5.7-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 which is ideal for sustaining the ppi (pixels per inch) at its minimum.

If it’s not released this year, then it will be available 2015. It’s said that Apple has been focusing on a larger screen for its iPhone models but the introduction of new and innovative features remains to be seen for the next iteration. What we have now is the size but as far as the iOS is concerned, we still have to see its final build during its official release.

Other specs and functionalities will have to remain with current versions such as iPhone 5c and iPhone 5s although fingerprint scanning is not ruled out. As usual, the Cupertino giant is keeping mum about these leaks coming from third-party sites based in China.
