The “Yoga” tablet from Lenovo features a built-in kickstand that not only displays the simplicity of the device but also houses its 18-hour life battery. The cylindrical battery provides the needed power to the Android device but a lot of things about it are yet to be told. For one, actor Ashton Kutcher loves it and, even if nobody cares, those who are not familiar with him are presumably familiar with an Android tablet running a quad –core Cortex-A7 at 1.2 Ghz and a RAM at 1GB.
This unique tablet comes in two varieties: an 8-incher and a 10-incher and obviously, they only differ in the sizes of their screen displays. The Yoga can be a good entertainment gadget because of its two speakers (front-facing). In addition, their screen displays boost a low-res of 1280 x 800, and can be rotated 135 degrees to provide usage options for the users. It can go on “Stand” mode, “Read” mode, or “Tilt” mode depending on a user’s preference but it can also be folded over.
Both devices will be using Android Jelly Bean 4.2.2 but they are generally intended for mainstream users only. The 8-incher will be available by Oct.30 at a price of $249 (Best Buy) while the 10-incher which will soon follows is priced at $299(BHD 115).
