ZTE made true of its promise to deliver a Windows 8 tablet and alongside Dell, Samsung, Acer, Asus, Lenovo and HP, the Chinese multinational telecommunications company let out a 10.1 inch slab via Intel’s Clover Trail event in San Francisco.

With a bevy of other bricks on hand, the V98, as it is called stood up from the rest of the pack. Gorgeous, professional looking coupled with a techie feel makes it both a beauty and a beast inside and out. Aside from the aforementioned measurement, the V98 will sport a 1,366×768 LCD display on an aluminum chassis with a sleek beveled edge ala iPhone 5. Weighing less than 700grams and 8.9mm thick, the ZTE V98 won’t be a hassle on your backpack and will fit snuggly on one’s eager hand.

On the inside, the ZTE branded tablet will have Intel’s Z2760 processor, 2GB of Random Access Memory, 64GB of Read Only and a 32GB of storage space. It’ll also bring in an 8megapixel rear camera with a decent 2megapixel up front. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, UMTS (tri-band), GSM (quad-band) with NFC and LTE compatibilities are also in line with the V98 plus a bunch of meters and sensors. Rounding the specs is a mircoSD slot should you need more space and a 7,000mAh battery to supply its power.
